High humidity and a last place record took their toll on the minor league Indians. The rookie team won just one-third of their games. All of the pictured players were cut from the Padres organization--their pro careers ended. Centered is Max Patkin, who sat on the bench while acting as honorary coach of the team. Patkin is usually the 'clown prince of baseball.'
