In a world of total chaos there is some order. It's important for these men to keep their changes of clothes up out of the filth. We live like damn dogs but we've got our pride too. The 2 were able to scrounge 2 mattresses to sleep on to get them up off the floor of the old railroad pump house that they called home. A few weeks later they were asked to leave by police.
