Peta Church, who feels both the spirit of man and woman inside, smokes in the cabin while visiting the Rosebud Indian Reservation in his native South Dakota. (Note, two spirits is the term currently used by gay Native Americans to describe those with alternative gender roles. Included in this term is the role of berdache, which was a traditional and accepted role for half man/ half woman.)
