A victim of Hurricane Andrew sits in on what was left of her apartment after the force of the winds ripped off the entire side of the building. The Saga Bay apartments in South Dade, Florida was populated by elderly most of whom lost everything they owned. One person died who refused to leave when they were evacuated.
