After being defeated for the 139-pound New York Golden Gloves set title, a teary-eyed Kathy Collins (center) is consoled by her manager, Frank Globuschutz (right) and trainer, Bob Baltera (left) who loosens her gloves. Despite the outcome of this amateur fight, the 24-year-old Collins is planning to pursue a career as a professional boxer, April 1995.
