Betty Sturtz is a single mom living in Green Bay, Wisconsin. What makes her exceptional is that this loving parent somehow emerged from a disastrous childhood. Repeatedly raped, beaten, starved and finally abandoned by her parents when she was younger, she is now determined to raise her two sons in a manner that in no way reflects her upbringing.
