AL KUT, IRAQ, APRIL 3, 2003. US Marines of the 1st Marine Division secure the entry to Al Kut 90 miles south of Baghdad, April 3, 2003. Iraqi army. Iraqi army POW's were taken and killed in an ambush as the Marines entered the western parts of the city.
