Gabriela Garcia with her two children Leslie age 4, and Mariana Garcia (8 month old), receive an information pamplet form a Mexican Consulate employee Michel Marbella. Gabriela was sitting down with her children waiting for her husband who was applying the family for dual nationality. Thursday is the deadline for all Mexicans in the US who became citizens before 1998 to apply with the Mexican Consulate for dual Nationality.
