Caption/Description
Melt rivers flow away from the edges of the retreated glacier of Frederikshåb Isblink, towards the sea, through sand, silt and other debris deposited by the glacier in the past. New colours are made by different mineral deposits and new flourishing moss and fauna, which takes advantage of the newly revealed soil and bed rock. West Greenland.
