Western Boom An outspoken critic of gas drilling, Terry Fitzgerald and her husband have sued to try to halt any gas exploration on their southwest Colorado property. The Fitzgerald's have won a water rights lawsuit over oil and gas companies pumping water from their land in order to produce coal bed methane.
