Beauty from the outside. Up until a few days before the competition everybody fills his or her bodies with water. The competitors drink p to eight liters per day. Two days before, the dehydration period starts ï¾– to show the contours and muscles of the body. The day before a competition only one liter is drunk, and on the day of a competition, they drink nothing.
