A trucker prepares to eat his breakfast before a day on the road. Studies show that approximately 73 percent of truck drivers are overweight and more than 50 percent are obese. Sleep apnea, which is linked to obesity, is rampant too. Studies show that 28 percent of drivers have it; compared to about 4 percent in the general population.
