CHICAGO, NOVEMBER 4- Chicago residents turned out on election day to cast their ballots_ overwelmingly for President-elect Barack Obama who cut his teeth politically in the city's south side. By nightfall, tens of thousands crowded Chicago's Grant Park for an emotional night while Obama accepted his place in history.
