Photographer says, Father Capistran is of the Capunchin Order of Catholic Priests and his parish is Harlem. Some of the firemen jokingly call him Friar Tuck but they all showed their appreciation when they presented him with a plaque 'from the boys in Sherwood Forest'. And that goes double for the people of the ghetto jungle whose lives Friar Tuck has made a little merrier.
