A few days after the Three Mile Island nightmare, this tank truck was supposed to ferry out the radioactive water from the malfunctioning reactor, while a security guard, gaining a false sense of security from the gas mask over his gun stands guard. All pregnant women and preschool children within five miles of the plant were urged to evacuate.
