For Esther Dellenbaugh, feeding her eight cows is a way of life. The farmer's widow from Norwich, Kansas, takes the one-mile journey from her house to her cows every day. Because of a chronic back ailment, the walk is physically draining for the 90-year-old woman. Relatives have tried to convince her to leave the farm, but she continues to live alone.
