Paula's Christian beliefs were very strong. When she was asked to be an Angel in the Christmas play she jumped at the chance even though she was very weak. She joyfully sings 'Glory to the New Born King'. After the Christmas pageant the children went caroling. Paula tired very easily and took a nap on a close friend's shoulder on the bus.
