This photo shows George E. Rich and his bride, Joan Tillman Rich in a police car. They were captured on the Cahuenga Freeway near the famous Hollywood Bowl, after a chase which started in the San Fernando Valley. Rich and his bride, and an AWOL Marine were accused of holding up two Standard Oil Service Stations obtaining a total of $61.
