As a boy Osward Hinkins broke his back in a fall from the roof of his family's house. Now, 50 year later, the house stands deserted in a remote pasture of his dairy farm and it is the one with the broken back. Hinkins was inspecting the house with his pet goat, Suzette, to see if it would last the winter without collapsing.
