While Korean lightweight boxer Duk Koo Kim lies unconscious on the canvas, moments after being knocked out by champion Ray Mancini, most of the capacity crowd at Caesars Palace cheer victoriously. Kim was later taken to a Las Vegas hospital with severe brain injuries. He died when removed from life support systems several days later.
