Abu Nidal, a Palestinian refugee, holds one of his six children as he sits in a school playground where he and his family have been living with other refugees since his home was destroyed in the fighting between Israeli and Palestinian forces. The refugees have been waiting in Ghaziye, Lebanon for aid from international organizations.
