Here each student must stand before his peers and give an intensely personal five-minute speech called 'My Ambition.' Sweating and trembling, the student explains how he plans to meet obligations to company and family and enumerates his weak points--from lack of initiative to sexual inadequacy. Meanwhile, a grader berates him with comments.
