An unidentified youth, despondent after losing his job, fatally stabs an off-duty policeman, Epifanio Canson, Jr., in Quenzon City, Philippines, over the weekend. The policeman emptied his revolver during a chase which ended when he slipped and fell, losing his revolver to the youth.
