Kate and Jennifer attended several birth classes with heterosexual couples. They practiced breathing and relaxation techniques in the living room of one of the expectant couples. A few weeks before the baby was born, the baby turned transverse, and there was talk of a Cesarean, but it later turned back to the normal head-down position.
