Nogales, Arizona police officers Manny Gomez (left) and Manny Lopez use a garden hose to rescue Oscar Mankel, age 32, from the swirling waters of the Santa Cruz River during the worst flooding in Arizona in modern memory. Mankel apparently suffered an epileptic seizure and fell in as he walked through the flood swollen river.
