McGrath State Park, Ventura, CA - One of Mike and Marlene Wallace’s five children, Kevin, 11, sleeps in the front seat of the family car. A 13-year-old brother, Christopher, makes his bed in the back seat. Marlene says, “This is not an easy life on the kids. My children have changed schools three times. The other kids at school call them hobos.”
