Just outside Augurn, Alabama, the heavens opened up after weeks of no rain--not in time for the ‘86 crops or the farmers who lost millions, but it provided relief from the severe heat. Caught in the downpour on the porch of an abandoned house, Elliot Clemens grabs at the cool water as it runs off the roof.
