Fayette is a small, rural town in central Missouri. Over 20 percent of its residents are black, the largest percentage for a small town in Missouri. There are no blacks on the school board or city work force and many blacks complain about a lack of opportunity in Fayette. 1) Fishing Lake, Two men check out a fishing spot at a lake on the outskirts of Fayette.
