Juba, the southern equatorial capital of the Sudan, is a small town that has been swollen to a size of 250,000 with refugees of the civil war happening in the Sudan. The only food available to these refugees is flown in once a day by relief services. The refugees are caught in between the govt. and the rebels with no food or home.
