As her husband reads, Faith Brandau uses her special ropes in her den to gain Yoga's upside down benefits. Faith also teaches class and uses the 'lion ' to stretch facial muscles. At sunrise, she likes to perform a morning 'sun salutation' on their riverfron boat pier to begin her day.
