The luodest screams came when Presley sang. Darryl Rabinowitz, 16, yells her delight as Elvis sings and sways. One girl fan summed up the Presley craze thusly, 'It's a pretty mixed-up world, and we're just in between. We're not adults and we're not kids, and we don't know where we're going. Elvis is like an outlet for us.'
