Photographer says, 'It looks like it is--but it isn't. W.T. 'Bill' Hayes, television repairman, anticipates television inventors by several years as he reaches for a pair of pliers. Mr. Hayes, who often has to get into unusual poses while digging into contrary TV s, thought this shot of him was nothing out of the ordinary.'
