In Jacqueline Henry's office at the Marshall Heights agency, six year-old Jacqueline Clarke asked, ' why did those men take our stuff out of our house? ' The agency decided to pay back rent rather than search for a new home for the family. ' The reason why we are stepping in, is we are trying to prevent these children being neglected, ' Jacqueline Henry said.
