Kosovar refugee child, Bekir Shala, 4 years old, peers through the barbed wire fence with wide-eyed expression at the camp by United Arab Emirates in Kukes, Albania as members of the Shala family are reunited after fleeing Kosovo. He was staying inside the camp, but the relatives who just crossed Prizren had to stay outside the camp until shelter was available, but had a tent inside the next day. The family eventually returned to Prizren to find their homes only mildly damaged.
