Eleven-year-old Kashnic Braco and his pals to use this Serb police headquarters in Djakovica, Kosovo, bombed by NATO planes in May 1999, as a very dangerous playground. There were leftover bombs from the Serbs as well as unexploded NATO cluster bombs near by, although kids were generally smart enough not to go near the cluster bombs.
