During the historic Presidential vote recount, Republican Judge Robert Rosenberg, member of the Broward County Florida Canvassing Board, scrutinizes a disputed Presidential ballot in a courtroom at the Broward County Courthouse in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, where ballot counting has been moved since violence broke out at the Emergency operations center there.
