Like Counting Sheep- 20001120JN 4/7 Observers try to keep watch as counters inspect ballots during the first day of hand counting of Presidential ballots at Governmental Center in Miami, FL. Here, one observer appears to doze off as ballots pass. It is not known if she was sleeping, as we were not allowed to talk to the observers, but I watched her eyes close several times before her head gently slumped to her shoulder.
