Family members listen to a surgeon report the condition of Patsy Gould and her husband Neil, who is receiving one of her kidneys. The Goulds spent 7 hours under the knife in a rare spousal transplant. After the life changing procedure, Neil established a fund to assist others with the financial burden of a kidney transplant.
