By the time police reached the hilltop home of another cult leader, a former Catholic priest named Dominic Kataribabo, the death count was approaching 500. In addition to the 330 burned to death in the church, investigators unearthed 153 corpses from a cult compound in a place called Buhunga. Father Dominic’s estate in Rugiza yielded another 155 bodies.
