Every four years, the traveling primary show rolls though New Hampshire to kick off the race for the presidency. Armed with signs, costumes, speeches and catchy slogans, the candidates’ battle to get their messages heard amid a clatter of conflicting images. Their audience, the politically wary – and sometimes weary – voters who get the first shot at picking the next president.
