Phipps is spent after a weekend of partying. Her kids, Alexus, left, and Keiara try to rouse her in the morning. When she does meth, Phipps can stay up for days. She comes to her mother’s home to see her kids but spends most of her time sleeping. When she leaves she rarely says goodbye. She just sneaks out the back door.
