Captain Philippe Bisciglia of the French Navy submarine special rescue team (CISM, Cellule dÃŒIntervention Sous la Mer) based in Toulon, shown testing the 'NEWTSUIT' in the Mediterranean (near Porquerolles island) The deep sea diving suit is capable of reaching depths of 300 meters and back without decompression. The boat he is tehered to is 'LA CARANGUE ' The photo was taken with a NIKON F90 (15mm lens) in a housing that allows the photo to be taken above AND below the water level.
