Sweat lodge-Great Bridge High School wrestling coach Steve Martin rests with his team in the locker room at Wareing's Gym after a workout in preparation for the national freestyle wrestling tournament in Fargo, North Dakota. The regimen, modled after the Russian Olympic wrestling team's workout, involves lifting weights followed by a series of dips into the sauna and cold showers. The workout preps the team's muscles and endurance prior to major matches.
