There's plenty of bears out here, says Russ Knight, owner of Knight's Taxidermy in Anchorage, Alaska. Environmentalists wonder if he's right. Many people from outside the state come to Alaska to hunt. Over 200 hides a year - around one sixth of the state's annual take - are processed in Knight's shop.
