Wheel chair race for Kabul’s disabled. Several of the contestants cheated by letting themselves being pushed. Mir Aghan, no. 7, lost both his legs, when he stepped on a land mine at the age of 13. In the fight against the Soviet Union he was a courier for the Mujaheddin bringing munitions to the front line.
