There he was, sitting proudly astride his gleaming horse, waiting for the St. Patrick's Day parade to start. Suddenly, Patrolman Robert Feulner of Troop C finds himself deposited on pavement at 44th St. and Fifth Ave. Horse caught hoof in manhole cover. Cop remounted amid cheers.
