Coming down the inside of a 195-foot chimney on a bosun's chair is George Hill, one of two steeplejacks trapped at the top of the stack Friday morning after the scaffold platform slipped. Pulleys and rope for the rescue were hauled up to the top when a patrol craft shot a line up the inside.
