Thurman L. Johns, Jr. (photographer) on his lunch hour recognized Arizona's most wanted cirminal and recent State Prison escapee. Johns alerted passing motorcycle officer. Together they chased and tackled criminal. Johns then ran a block to Police Station for camera. Accompanying picture resulted.
