Sir Osbert and Edith Sitwell, brother and sister, as they appeared during their November visit in New York. Senior members of 'England's most celebrated living literary family,' Edith, 61, is a candidate to succeed John Masefield as poet laureate, Sir Osbert,55, is Queen Elizabeth's literary adviser. This photograph is of Sir Osbert alone.
