A malnourished baby is held at a health clinic at Howa Abdi Camp for Internal Displaced People, IDP, in south of Mogadishu. Number of IDP has increased drastically and malnutrition is worsening in Mogadishu as fighting between the Transitional Federal Government, TFG, and Islamists intensified in the late 2007.
